Shinsei means “rebirth” or “renewal” — a name that reflects our mission: helping individuals and organisations grow through clarity, creativity, and conscious transformation.

Founded by Laurent Courtin, Shinsei brings together coaching, training, and pedagogical design with a unique blend of humanism, artistic sensitivity, and strategic expertise. Our approach is experiential, inclusive, and tailored to each context.
